1776ing was founded by capital markets professionals who witnessed a broken system firsthand. We saw talented entrepreneurs struggling to raise capital. We watched skilled financial advisors limited to offering clients the same mediocre public market investments. We experienced the inefficiencies of paper-heavy, compliance-nightmare private fund distribution.
